the Software, subject to these terms. If you or your company claim the Software
infringes any patent, this patent license terminates immediately.

Distribution: You must ensure anyone receiving the Software from you also receives
these terms. Modified copies must include prominent notices stating the Software
has been modified.

No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is," without any warranty. The licensor
is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software under any
legal claim.

Definitions:
